Slim body

With a small arm width of 130 mm, the VM-6083 and the VM-60B1 can reduce interference with other facilities, enabling size reduction of facilities.

High power with maximum payload of 13 kg*1

With maximum payload of 13 kg*1, the high-power VM-6083 and VM-60B1 can convey heavy loads easily.
*1: 11 kg when the wrist is oriented at more than ±10 degrees with respect to the downward vertical direction

Reliability under severe use conditions has improved by using oil seals for output axes and fluoric gaskets for cover bonded surfaces. (wrist: IP65; body unit: IP54)

Standard equipment includes: air piping for tools (7 lines), electric wiring (10 core wires) and a solenoid valve.

A wide choice of options is offered.

According to needs, the dust-proof, mist-proof type can be selected.
The dust-proof, mist-proof type, which can be used under severe use conditions, and the clean type, which is perfect for automatization of clean rooms.
